getting used to Returnil

I am experiencing unexpected pebkac issues with Returnil. First is I have reached my maximum allowable "registered" computer id's with netflix...lol via Sliverlight software. My fault. Second I am curious as to how im supposed to keep my AV up to date while using Returnil. Third what about game saves. I guess i could back them up to an unaffected drive. Is there a correct way to go about working around these issues? Anyone with similar experiences / solutions?
