How to remove Win32/AutoRun.Agent.BE worm

I am infected with this worm and it seems to infect autorun.inf between other files.
Any ideas on how to remove this worm?

ESET NOD32 Antivirus detect this worm, so you can do the following:
1. Update ESET NOD32 Antivirus
2. Enter Safe Mode Mode and Scan with NOD32:
