Sandboxie Always Locking Up The Desktop

Well I don't know if others are in the same boat as me, but since I installed Sandboxie most of the time it's locking up the desktop when it's starting up.

System Specs:

P4 2.2GHZ
512MB RAM
XP Pro SP2

I know 512mb of ram isn't much on XP, but this box doesn't do much that it needs 1 gb either, so I didn't think that running sandboxie would be a problem, but the darn thing is always locking up the desktop.

I sent an email to the developer, hope he'll reply soon, in the meantime has anyone else had problems when sandboxie is initializing and it's locking up your desktop too, and is there something that can be done to fix this?
