I purchased NOD 32 antivirus almost a week ago via online download. I have never recieved the email containing my log-on ID and password to download the product. The purchase has already been taken out of my credit card so I know the purchase was successful. I followed the steps listed on the support section of the ESET web page regarding this problem, and I have filled out a suport request on (2) separate occasions and have not yet been contacted regarding this issue, does anybody know how to resolve this?
