Hey guys,

It has been a loooooong time since I've had any malware, viruses or just
junk on my PC. I use FDISR, Avira, Defensewall and Online Armor. I am just
curious if you can use Returnil and FDISR together. I'd like to install something
for the sake of testing and just reboot and go back to status quo and FDISR would be there to return my PC to a previous state. What do you think?

ErikAlbert, where are you my friend?

there are no special considerations to be taken when using returnil if you use fdisr - were it otherwise, fdisr wouldve failed at it's main objective. each fdisr snapshot one has is independent of anything else and stands as a standalone system. the only other software type that works at a lower level are disk imaging applications. hope this helps

I have used it with no issues. Actually used the 2 and Sandboxie with no issues.

no issues probably, but a lot of overlap...

FD-ISR already has that feature built in so theres no need for returnil.

Precisely,if FD-ISR in effect allows throwaway and saved sessions why would Returnil be required?
