ESET V4 Crashed System

Just letting ya'll know ir crashed my Windows Vista desktop with 3 gig ram, 32 bit and an intel chip. No error mesages, just "windows failed to start", im reinstalling 3.0

My Mistake...:-[ I dont have any other security apps..I had prevx but in order to save money i must buy a license after i move...
