DD (10) wizard will proceed through to where time to commit and or proceed. A message appears asking to reboot. At attempt to reboot, the following message appears and the process is stopped. I tried stopping the firewall and Spybot but to no avail.

" E000A03EE UNABLE TO UPDATE REGISTRY
Cannot update registry, you may not have enough privileges to reboot."

I am the administrator and using the administrator account. Any help would greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried booting to the DD CD and performing the procedure instead of starting it in Windows? Usually, whenever a reboot is needed, it's better to use the DD CD.

It's also a good idea to have a current image backup of the drive prior to doing any partitioning changes.
