What's with dllhost.exe?

I never saw this before in Task manager when running Nod 32 V 3.0 only on and off when Nod 32 v4.0 Beta is installed, Could someone explain this it's using about 4,160 KB OF Memory on the average.

I don't think you should be worried about this, it is a regular process in windows, you can read more about dllhost.exe here:
