My motherbaord failed and I replaced it and did repair XP instal, re-activated and everything was back the way it was. The MOBO replacement was not the same as original. All drives are visible and functional under XP. All previously installed programs are working.

Starting DD10 from HDD now has error:

E000101F4: Disk director suite has not found any hard drives.

I removed DD10 and re-installed but still get the same error.

Can anyone help.
Thanks

Are you using the latest build of DD (2,160)?

You may need to get updated snapapi drivers. If you contact Acronis Support, they should be able to provide the current link (Live Chat (http://www.acronis.com/company/contacts/request/index.html?t=1) is probably the quickest method).

Thanks for your reply. Yes using latest build. I'm surprised that this fairly standard ASUS board (although somewhat dated) with IDE drives would be a problem for DD10. I see that most people have problems with the rescue media but mine is getting it started from within XP. I have put a customer service email in. I hope they can help me out.

Did they just add the drivers or did you get a newer build? I'm just curious...
