Lot depends on your system, circumstances, and personal choice. With all that i also mean experience, windows version, requirements, other installed software, etc.
In general read some about the specifications like the products mentioned on the link above, read in the forums here for instance, and try some on your own system, update them and try them out, do some scanning, and don't hesitate to ask questions about it in the support forums.
