[NOD32 2.7] Weird GUI problem

Suddenly my NOD32 2.7 has this problem. Tried to set "Use ESET custom graphical user interface" option but after a reboot, it revert back to the same problem as on the screenshot

Any fix?

I had exactly the same problem, however it went away after reapplying the configuration and rebooting.
