Hi,

We use Nod32 2.7 command line scanner with mailmarshal smtp.

Everytime nod32 scans a message an event is generated in the applicaiton event viewer.

Source: HHCTRL
Event ID: 1903

The description for Event ID ( 1903 ) in Source ( HHCTRL ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=45839.

Process Monitor tool indicates that nod32.exe is for some reason trying to access an html help file every time it scans a message as the following key is openned by nod32.exe:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\HHRestrictions
we get these event messages about once every 5 sec -- every time an email is scanned by nod32.

a search found someone else with the same trouble but no fix is listed..

anyway to stop these messages??

regards,
mark
