Group Server giving a mac address error

I am getting lots of error messages in my event log for Acronis group server. Its specifies in the log an error message that it can't read the client's mac address, does anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem?

I am running in a single domain environment, have no problems pushing the install or entering security credentials to connect to the client.

Actually this is not an error and not an issue at all, the warning message “Can’t retrieve client’s MAC address” in Group Server log means that Group Server can’t read MAC addresses of all computers in subnet, but it doesn’t affect on connection to this computer at all.
