View Full Version : Need to Enter License key everytime True Image 2009 starts

Hi,
I have upgraded to True Image 2009 and now everytime True Image starts I need to enter the new license key plus the key from the old Version before True Image starts.
There always pops up a screen telling me that the 15 day trial period is over.
Any ideas?

There is a remote possibility that your anti-virus protection (or firewall) is preventing the information from being permanently written to your disk.
Try disabling this stuff once prior to entering your serial.
Also, you might want to check this link. This provides info about maybe changing your serial number with Acronis to fix this bug.
