Cant Update My Laptop

I can't update my Laptop i have the license for two PC one for my Desktop and the other one for my laptop but my laptop can't update say won'y be necessary update and can't conect with the server and the last update is from august 15 what can i do please help me.
The Desktop update good.

Did you alter the update settings somehow? (ie. changed the update server) Just in case, try uninstalling and installing the latest version 3.0.672

Has it ever upated? If not, check you have entered the username and password correctly.

was correct until the last time did good but now when i put update, the first file em002_32_10 download 100% but in the others files faile and show me the update base error.
please help me,
