My system is infected and I want to know

Hi Guys
My system is infected by an unknown virus. I have AVG and its works best but it is not recognizing this virus. Its renaming the folder names to .exe and create some exe files in each folder I am opening. Also its create same folder/folders in the folder it self and the original files in folders are not showing. Please help me somebody which tool I need to remove it.
