Acronis TI Server Echo Windows and DAT

Hi all, i've a strange problem with Acronis TI Echo on a Windows Server 2003 with one DAT 40 SCSI and another DAT 160 USB.
THe strange is that Acronis not found any DAT device, if a try to reinstall drivers and unplug and replug connettor sometimes when start Acronis device's found...
But after 4 o 5 reopen DAT desappear newly...
This is a knew issue?
Ah, i've got similar problem with a VXA2 IBM,into another server..
