View Full Version : Quarantine - where is it?

Nice easy one for you, I'm sure... Been using NOD32 for quite a while now (still using version 2.7, sig version 3569). Just quarantined a copy of an offending file found in a scan (no option given to Delete the original, just Leave, so exited NOD32 and deleted it manually).

But where do I find the quarantined file copy to delete or submit it? Can't find this in Help file....

You'll find quarantined files in an encrypted form in the "infected" folder in the ESET installation folder. However, there's no reason to send it to ESET unless you suspect them to be false positives.
