How does it affect your system protection if the license expiry date could not be retrieved for some reason? Just in case, please PM me your username so that I can verify that the license database server provides it correctly when queried.

KB958644 will force your computer to reboot if it is installed and the reboot is pending. That could be a likely source of the reboot, but you'll need event logs to confirm that.

What are you talking about? I have no idea what your saying? I just rebooted my computer because I wanted to and it shows 0 threats but in logs it is fine.

You never indicated that you rebooted intentionally which made it sound like the threat count reset was spontaneous. As Macros said, the count resetting when the kernel service is rebooted is designed behavior.
