I have purchased 4 copies of NOD32 Antivirus for our local library.
When I attempt to activate the product online in order to get the username and password for installation, I receive the following message: There was an error registering your serial number. Please contact support.
This happens on all 4 copies of the product. This issue needs to be resolved quickly or we will just move on to another antivirus product. These computers are used by the public and MUST be protected.
Anyone have any ideas?
