NOD 2.7 on demand only?

Hi,

Is it possible to set NOD 2.7 to be on demand only?
I'd like to have Avira as my active AV and NOD on demand.

I'd recommend upgrading to v3 and using it with all modules active for 2 reasons:
1, v2 detects less than v3
2, the web/email protection modules in v3 use a more sensitive heuristics than other modules which results in much improved protection

Thanks for the info. I understand 3.0 uses a proxy and that some firewalls like Online armor has the option to use loopback protection to provide additional filtering of outbound connections.
I'm running Zonealarm pro 7 (about to upgrade to 8 I think) does anyone know if there's a similar setting in ZL?
