When creating a Bootable Rescue Media, what should be entered under Bootable Media Startup Parameters? I have no clue. I am using a DVD for the medium.

If the rescue media boots and runs properly on your computer (all drives detected, network detected, etc.), you shouldn't need to add any parameters. See Appendix D in the manual for more information.
