Diskcopy take to long?

Hi,

yesterday I copy my C:/D: ( 250GB IDE ) to a new one ( 400GB IDE ).
My system needs near 18 hours to finished the copy procedure.

Some time ago, think 18months, I have copy the 120GB IDE C:\D: disk to the 250GB IDE disk., this takes not more than 5 hours.

Did someone saw the same?

(http://www.acronis.com/company/contacts/request/?t=1) Please just describe the issue you are having there and our chat operator should provide you with a special iso image of Acronis Bootable Rescue Media that is based on a different Linux kernel and has some additional drivers that are not included in the latest official build of the software. Most probably you will be able to clone your hard drive with the help of this iso without any problems.
