hotmail and messenger, help

hi, i installed the 3.0.672 version, but i have a problem, when i try to use msn messenger and hotmail, i cant open; in hotmail saids page no found, on messenger never connect; i uninstalled nod32 and everything works fine; reinstall nod32 and i have to disable http filter, is the onle way that hot and messenger works; the internet connection are good, i format my pc and install nod32,the problem still, so what can be????, what can i do????; someone help me please

im using eset smart security v. 3.0.672.0; sitll disable protocol control and http filter
