ESET smart Security find SE Tools as virus but is its not a virus

I have a big problem with my 31days test eset...

I have a program called SE Tools is for unlocking and flashing SonyEricsson cell phones.

Eset deletes all the time the EXE file of this program :'( AVG virus program do this also.

Can you tech people at ESET fix this mess ASAP???....

It's Themida-packer detection (much more often misused by malware to evade detection than used by legit applications). That means the user must enable potentially unsafe applications intentionally in order for such files to be detected.
