In the advanced setup, is there any way to edit what is listed
and remove what you don't need there.

Ex: show in the email client list (not checked) is
c:\program files\eset\eset smart security\equi.exe


Since this is not an email client I want to remove it.
There are also many other listed.

If it has ever generated an HTTP traffic it will be there in the list . It will automatically remove itself if the executable is deleted . However , you shoud not delete some executables by themselves .

You cannot manually edit this list . If the application has a red X placed by you next to it , its traffic for sure will not be scanned.
