Is there a NIS 2009 64bit version? the install doesnt work on the XP 64 bit :(

I don't think they support XP64, just Vista64. For Vista, there definitely is a 64 bit install.

That is just ridiculous! Beautiful software that is not accepted on 64bit XP

XP64 is not as popular as vista 64 since pc manufacturers now ship with x64 vista. XP64 didn't last long between the release of xp and vista. Although it is really good.

Yep, I too tried both Norton 360 and McAfee Total Protection 2009 on my XP x64 and neither would install. Unfortunately, XP x64 never got too much attention, and therefore I think it didn't get the support that it deserves from vendors. Everything now is made for Vista x64.
