Hi,
I have 2 PC's both running Eset Security Suite. I game on GamePC and NetPC is used to connect to the net. They are connected by my LAN. I have tried everything I can think off to get ESS to allow Quake (my test game running on GamePC) to connect to a game server via NetPC. GamePC has access to all the standard net stuff (web, email etc.) with both firewalls enabled and if I disable NetPC's firewall I have access to the game servers.
I cannot figure out a rule to allow GamePC full access on all ports etc while protecting NetPC. The only joy I had was to create a custom TCP&UPD rule with access to everything by this bypasses the firewall entirely. I want to create a rule to allow everything through to GamePC's ip address only and block the rest as normal.
Any ideas...
Thanks
