Has anyone received it yet? What are the requirement to be eligible for this?
Sending out more then x number of bug report?
Or simply just testing will do?

Symantec is offering 50% discount to beta testers.
The email is sent region/country wise. So may be thats the reason you didn't get. I received it on 3rd October.

No Discount Coupon, but a custom-crafted URL to SymantecStore.com is given. I am not sure, what is the qualifying criteria (if any ).
