My wireless connection keeps disconnecting. :(

A couple times a day my wireless connection would disconnect. After a few seconds or so it would reconnect. I have Verizon Fios.

Plug in an ethernet cord and update your routers firmware. If that doesnt fix the problem then contact your ISP. If they cant fix the problem and its nothing on their end then its a faulty router. Do you drop connections if you have the ethernet cord plugged in?
