I need some help please

Hi,

Well my problem is my computer keeps coming up saying its infected with adware or spyware program, it keeps wanting me to install some other form of antivirus program the Windows Antivirus 2008. That program says i've got 77 viruses, also there is a System Alert: Trojan-Spy.Win32@mx. I've run the nod32 scanner and it only came up with 2 viruses and cleaned them, i've tried to restore to a previous day but that doesnt work.

If anyone could help me that would be very much appreciated.

Boot in Safe Mode with Networking

Install it and update it .

Perform quick scan , remove everything it finds

Reboot in Normal mode and perform scan with ESET NOD32 again .
