Ok currently Im running KIS2009 (v8.0.07454) and Super AntiSpyware for real time protection. Not very many Anti-Spyware apps are compatible with KIS2009. I had Spyware Doctor, Spysweeper and Spybot Search and Destroy (Immunize feature only), and an on demand scan for a few files KIS would crash the explorer.exe and I had to restart it. After I cleaned out Spysweeper, Spyware Doctor and Spybot the problems went away.

Im pretty sure the culprit of the crashes was related to Spybot. As soon as I got rid of it the system was stable again.

Now my question is what would be the better Anti-Spyware app to run? I have 2 liscences for Spysweeper, 1 for Spyware Doctor, and 1 for Super Anti-Spyware. I dont think system resources will be a problem, but I do play online FPS games and dont want it to get in the way of that.

Just in case my laptops specs:

Asus M50SV-A1
1440x900 WXGA screen
250Gb Seagate Momentus 5400.4RPM HD with 8Mb Cache
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 2.5Ghz Processor with 6Mb L2 cache
3Gbs of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9500GS 512Mb GPU OCed at 500Mhz Core, 1000Mhz Shader, and 425Mhz Memory
Vista Home Premium 32-Bit

Ive read the MBAM has been notorious for deleting important system files and registry keys that are needed to boot up.

you are correct spybot's tea timer feature is imcompatible with kav/kis
i use superantispyware as on demand. i sometimes use it as realtime with no issues alongside kis2009.
tbh kis2009 as realtime should be more than enough imo.
just do weekly scans with kis and superantispyware and your sorted.

No I read that in reviews by numerous different testing sources.

If u allready have a license for SAS u dont need MBAM and out of the 3 you have SAS is a perfect choice.

An anti-spyware isn't really necessary, however, since you are using SAS, keep it, it's the perfect combination with Kav.
