still cant download with my details

hi never been able to do this, i just bought nod 32 anti virus, i had eset smart before hand my username and password simply dont work for me from this pc, eset tell me they do so. not really a problem any way what i did was download 30day trial (this password always works) and then changed the username and password to my new one but the program still shows it's only valid until 26/10/2008?
any ideas?

hi marcus there is something amiss with my browser settings. bought from same site eset uk. it's only the download registered software bit thats a problem. i have worked around this. i just wanted to know if simply changing the username and password on my trial version was ok?
since i last posted the 'valid till' bit has vanished altogether. so i think its ok.
