This thing looks weird. Now i don't get ANY UAC popups at all.
Thats clearly not good even if they run huge database of something.
Would recommend it for Windows XP though...

Have you checked this tool in an user/limited account mode? And how do you compare it with the SuRun tool? (that is, if you have tested it)

I'd be careful with this one, maybe research it a little more before installing.
On Smart UAC Replacement 1.0's (http://www.replaceuac.com/) home page which is the company "Security Stronghold" (http://www.securitystronghold.com/). Clicking on Security Stronghold on the left side of the page will get you to see more of their products, two of which are listed as rogue on Malwarebytes RogueNet (http://www.malwarebytes.org/roguenet.php), True Sword and Registry Cleaner.
Not saying it's all bad, maybe, maybe not.
Just saying I'd be careful with this one.

WOT also shows the site as dangerous.

O.k. I´m already very content in using SuRun as a problem solver for game applications. Was just curious about this "UAC" tool announcement, thats all.

As this product seems dubious, perhaps a "safer" alternative is TweakUAC from Winability Software :
