Just curious, I'm not aware of the latest version(s) and people's experiences.
Last time I tried, I was sternly warned to disable active protecion (because of the presence of other security software), thus making it an on-demand scanner. So I dropped the product.
Version 3.x also seemed very different from 2.5, I might as well have bought AdAware or the Spyware Doctor !
Counterspy 3 seems to be more like an afterthought of VIPRE.
Anyone here using version 3, with active protection (=real-time protection) enabled or disabled (not to be confused with what Sunbelt called 'on access') ? How is it going ?
