I bought four CDs of NOD32 Antivirus.
When I try to activate my license to receive my user name and password in " www.eset.com/activate" I receive a message:
There was an error registering your serial number. Please contact support.
In all of the four Cds

Hello,
There may have been an outage earlier this morning with the database service behind the web-based activation form. Please try activating again using the page at http://www.eset.com/activate/ (http://www.eset.com/activate/).

After several tries in different days, different OS, XP and Windows and different PCs I get the same message.
"There was an error registering your serial number. Please contact support."
Now I tried in ESET Mexico web page -Latin America-
and got more information -in Spanish of course-
"The SN is invalid or has been used before"
I bought my ESETs Cds at MicroCenter, the biggest PC store in Boston, Ma, USA alas I live in Mexico City

With the great help from Aryeh Agoretsky and the assistance of ESET support, I have solved my problem of registering my four Cds product of ESETNOD32 Antivirus.
I am using all of them now!

How I can it register?

Where did you purchase the software online from? ESET's U.S. web site, a reseller, or some other source?
If you can tell me what country you are located in, I can ask the distributor to provide you with further assistance.

I have the same problem. I bought online in the US and when entering the serial I get the error message.

i too bought eset nod 32 (8 copies) for my mother in law here in boston, at microcenter. once she returned home (eastern europe) she has not been able to activate them (getting an error registering code" when trying).
any help?

I see that many users have my problem: when I try to activate my license to receive my user name and password in " www.eset.com/activate" I receive a message: "There was an error registering your serial number. Please contact support."
Unfortunately I've 50 new OEM CD's of Nod32 Antivirus (I'm a system builder), and all still have this problem. I've tried to activate many copies, but the result is the same for all.
Can you help me?
