Echo Workstation Task not running

I performed a new install on a laptop of Echo Workstation and was able to perform a manual full, incremental, and differential of the system. I tried to create a task to perform a Full Weekly and a daily incremental backup but the task never runs. The Logs do not show any entries for the times they are suppose to run.

I tried to pull down the latest build but when I login to support it shows Page Cannot be displayed?

Any suggestions?
