Submited a file a week ago still in progress

I have submit a file its still in progress. :(

I have 2 version installed on 2 different machine, Nod32 Smartsecurity one machine and Nod32 AV on the other, The machine with Smart Security detects the virus where the one running AV only does not.

Any thoughts..

ESS/EAV use the same signature database so it's impossible that one would detect something that the other doesn't. Most likely it's a problem with your settings, maybe you disables advanced heuristics, unsafe or unwanted applications in the profile you used for scanning. Please check it out.
