install problem

when i try to install the nod32 i get this message: An network error occured while attempting to read from ess_nt32_enu.msi PLEASE HELP ME..!!!??? ???

First thing to try is to re-download the installer from scratch and try to run it again. There is always a chance the download is corrupt.

See if that helps. If not, we'll dive a little deeper.

i make the re-downloading but when i make the install again i have the same problem.maybe i make a simple mistake.you will help me if you tell me all the steps analytical...so if YOU can HELP ME!!!!!ss now i get this message when i making the install a network error occured while attempting to read from C:\WINDOWS\installer\ess_nt32_enu.msi

look i bought the nod32 antivuris..i dont have any antivuris (secutity)programm. i have windows xp...i sent the e-mail and i follow all the steps.maybe i making a mistake at the scratch.

Use this tool -- > Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301) , download NOD32 again after using the tool, and try a reinstall.
