A script software to shutdown program in vista?

Is there a program\script that can set a program to shutdown at a certain time if the program is running?

Have mobile internet (HSDPA), and looking for something to shutdown the program at a certain time.

The shutdown process is to click disconnect-then close program.

years ago i used a program that recorded the actions, but dont know if it will work here
