e-SATA drive not recognised

Just starting with v11
Trying to create a secure zone but only shows my four internal drives (2xRAID0)
a firewire and a USB drive but NO e-sata.
Any ideas please?

Which build are you using ? I had the same problem with the versions previous the last. With 11.0.0.8101 all is right.

To get access to updates you should first register (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/) your software. Don't forget to recreate Acronis Bootable Rescue Media after updating.

If the latest build doesn't solve the problem, please clarify, are you trying to perform the operation in Windows, or using Acronis Bootable Rescue Media?
