Problem with Acronis True Image 11 Home

Dear All,

This is a very useful website and I am a new member.
I would be grateful, if someone could help me
1) Due to a corruption with Acronis True image 11 home - I need to
completely uninstall the product and all its components from my
machine. I have tried the add/remove utility - but that does not reomve
all the components - CAN some hel me with this.
2) I would like to learn how to use Acronis correctly and would be grateful,
if someone could point me in the direction of an easy to use tutorial.

Also look for any message by GroverH. In his signature at the bottom of his messages are links to some very helpful tutorials ... much better than the official ones.
