I'm using a VPN service but, I would still like to be able to anonymize or change my IP although I don't want to use a proxy since I'm connected through VPN.

Thanks

a VPN can be a proxy. Can you help explain your desire a little more? Trying to change your own IP is difficult. If you have a cablemodem on a dynamic network, you can change your IP but it won't be anonymous. There is no single-party anonymity system.

what I meant was, say I'm using xerobank and I'm assigned a canada or netherlands IP, is there anyway I can change that IP? If I was to connect to xerobank's vpn and then go through a different proxy service to change my IP that would comprise anonymity, correct? Example, I don't want a website to see my xerobank IP, I want them to see another IP.

Simply no, all proxys wether they are web proxy, SSH, or vpn, they will mask your ip behind another. if we could change our ip address at will we wouldn't have a need for vpn lol.
