ESet Mobile - Tmobile Dash Error

I just installed the application, after a reboot it asks if i want to start the OA Scanner. when I do I receive

ALERT
Sorry, Can't Initalize On Access Scanner. Please try soft resetting your device to solve the problem. (A soft reset gives me the same error)

I have tried running the application manually with the same errors

Inside windows start up i have:
EsetOAMobile
My5MsgCenter
Voice Command
WiFiInit

Is your device locked or otherwise prevented from running non-approved applications?
