Hi,
When I startup my computer Spidermail of Dr.Web gives this error:

Spider Mail cannot intercept a network connections automatically.
Some specific network software (proxy client, firewall, etc) that breaks a correct work of the Spidermail is probably installed on your computer.
To fix this problem please change "Hook" settings to "Manual" mode and set all necessary parameters.

What I try I keep getting this error.
I have Dr.Web 4.31, Outlook 2003 and XP+Sp1 home.
I have opened my hardware firewall fully but I still keep getting this error.
Does somebody know what the parameters should be or how to solve this error?

Did you try the Manual setup?

That's my problem; I don't know which parameters I have to use in the manual setup.

If you check manual, what does it call for? The two ports that I have the hook automaticaly set on are 25-110 for Outlook express.

Found it. Spidermail thinks that my hardware firewall (Vigor 2600) is a server.
So I have to add a Spidermail port (7000). Serveraddress (192.168.1.10; standard for Vigor 2600) and ports 25 and 110.
No errors anymore at startup. Did cost me a few hours.
I hope everything is ok know.
