I'm unable to access any of my registered software in my Acronis account. I have used the live chat and they said there is a problem with the servers. When will the problem be fixed?

I'm having the same problem.
Very annoying since Acronis is killing the Volume Shadow Copy Service on my XP 64 machine and I'm seeking support and/or an update.

i sent an email to the CEO regarding this. He called back right away - pretty cool! But, after saying he'd have someone get back to me - no response after a week - not cool.
