Hi all,
FYI, I had the following behaviour at one of my clients:
Versions:
- Clients: EAV 3.0.650
- RA Server: 2.0.56
Symptom:
While trying to send a configuration to the NOD32 clients with the NOD32 console, the operation fails with error: “Task processing error, error code: (1012,2)”. Initial Installation with the same file works correctly.
Solution:
The error was generated due to a problem in the configuration xml file. Under “ESET Kernel; Setup; Scheduler/Planner” there was a schedule to be deleted. It appears that if the schedule to delete is not present on the target PC, it gives the abovementioned error. Remove the schedule to delete to fix the problem.
Regards,
C.
