Recovery Skips Files - Severe Issue

When I try to recover just a few files from a folder, for example

IMG_001
IMG_002
IMG_003
IMG_004

*NOTE* None of the files are system files, or are hidden.

out of IMG_001 - IMG_010. 4 Files should be recovered, however, 3 files are only recovered. IMG_003 or IMG_004 is skipped.

However, doing a full restore of the folder "sometimes" will recover everything in that folder. But the problem still persist sometimes with recovering an entire folder.

This is a serious issue and can possibly mean data loss per recovery. Please help.

Have you tried just copying th e files form the archive?

Do you have any overwrite protections in place in ATI or in the file system?

Could you please clarify, what version and build of Acronis True Image are you using? You can find the full version name and build number by going to Help -> About... menu in the main program window.

Please also clarify, what type of archive are you restoring? Are you using the Windows version of the program, or Acronis Bootable Rescue Media? Where are you restoring the files to?
