Annoying Windows Media Outgoing Msg

I could care less about what Windows Media wants to do. I have ESS set with an interactive firewall.
How can I stop this program permanently from
trying to send outgoing messages?

better not block WMP completely, you may need it to listen to online WMA-format radios. and see online movies(esp. the encrypted one.).
