I just purchased a copy of Nod32 antivirus oem from newegg to go on my new computer. I havent installed it yet. I just learned of smart security and I want to upgrade to Smart. I havent found any info about upgarding. Can someone give me some help on this.

I know that ESET Sales can Convert your AV License to ESS Pkg. I only have 619.876.5400 Press "1" for Sales; maybe someone has an 800 # not shown on the web site.

Don't know where you are in having the NOD32 AV User ID and Password but I'm sure that data is needed to make the ultimate Upgrade to ESS. Good luck.

Thanks guys. upgrading is something that is missing on their web site. Does not apear they have been in buisness very long.
